Joining TENTE
Internship
We offer a variety of internships for school students so that they can get to know our organisation from the inside at an early stage. Especially in the areas of administration and production, pupils have the opportunity to gain a deep insight into the day-to-day business of TENTE, as these areas are exceptionally educational and diverse.

After all, we would like to provide you with the best possible opportunity to get the most out of your internship at TENTE.
Apprenticeship
TENTE has been providing in-house apprenticeships for many years. In the process, each department is visited for several months to give a profound insight into the activities at TENTE. As a result, apprentices are able to determine quickly which departments they would like to join in order to become a part of TENTE's further development.
Since it is not only the educational aspect that is important to us for our trainees, but also the team spirit among our apprentices, we organise a joint apprentice weekend in the Netherlands at the beginning of each apprenticeship year. In addition, we offer our apprentices the opportunity to work abroad for two months at one of our subsidiaries (e.g. Spain, Great Britain or Denmark) during their apprenticeship. Moreover, we offer internal and external support for the preparation of exams as well as various apprentice projects managed by the apprentices themselves. Our training method received the IHK Best Award in 2014.
