In the medical field, it can take a long time to develop a new role. All products need certification. That's why it's good that I have a team of engineers and that I've been working for TENTE for more than 20 years. I really enjoy working with our customers to adapt our products and solutions for them to their requirements. For example, we developed the Levina light castor, which is part of the series of Levina products developed in Germany. In the process, we cooperated closely with German engineers and benefited from their development experience. At the same time, we coordinate product changes between the U.S., Germany and France. These are the places where we have explicit development departments. We also collaborate internationally on development for common global customers. In addition, we adapt our production and assembly to changing conditions. It's easy for us to exchange ideas internationally because we have created digital solutions between the various TENTE sister companies to do this. In addition, we all have a common corporate language: English. That's why I like working together on an international level at TENTE and enjoy the fact that everyone communicates openly with each other.
