Peter Fricke

is Chairman of TENTE GmbH & Co. KG, Chairman of the TENTE Shareholders’ Meeting and Chairman of the Board of the TENTE Foundation. Until the end of April 2025, he led the company as Managing Director for more than 25 years. Peter Fricke began his career with vocational training in industrial management at Goetze AG before going on to study Business Administration at the University of Cologne. Following extended internships in the USA and France, he joined TENTE in the United States as a Key Account Manager, where he spent two years looking after major customers. He has been working for TENTE in Germany since 1998.

In my more than 25 years of work for TENTE, I have particularly enjoyed internationalising the company for our customers. After all, the market we serve with castors, wheels and mobility solutions is mainly located outside of Germany. In our company, employees have the chance to work in teams on many different levels. In that way they are able to gain international experience. Even apprentices have the option to work abroad for at least six weeks.
