I’m the leader of the Linea Expert Group. It’s a challenging but also a very interesting job to meet people from all over the world, to establish our training programs and to exchange our experiences in the work. In this group we have one employee of every sister company from TENTE from all over the world. We meet regularly and we train them. Then, these Linea experts train the employees in their company and answer the questions about the Linea series and its new developments. Thus, we learn from each other. Then, we can better adapt the product to the needs of our customers. I also like to do different things in my work. The Linea is a useful product. We try to find solutions for all customers. Working with castors is all about mobility. It’s a lot of fun to work with people from different countries and of course we all speak English at TENTE.
