Birthe Adams

is Director of Supply Chain Management at TENTE Rollen GmbH and Global Supply Chain Manager at TENTE. After graduating in International Logistics Management in the Netherlands and International Procurement and Supply Chain Management in the United Kingdom, she is now in charge of the Supply Chain Management in Germany as well as globally. She is responsible for guiding the flow of goods efficiently and optimising processes by providing more transparency in the company. The goal of the Supply Chain Management at TENTE is to deliver the correct quantity of ordered products and mobility solutions to the customers on time and in excellent quality.

I especially enjoy working with the different departments at TENTE and employees in all other production subsidiaries around the world. Due to my international studies, I was well prepared for this intercultural field of work. Every meeting with colleagues in Supply Chain Management from France, Ireland, South Africa, China and the USA contributes to deepening these experiences. I had the chance to evolve from a Junior Supply Chain Manager to a Division Manager. The trust placed in me by the management of TENTE helps me to perform my tasks successfully.
